Rurouni Kenshin Inspired Reverse-Blade Katana – T10 Clay-Tempered Steel, Full Tang
Inspired by the legendary Sakabatō from Rurouni Kenshin, this handcrafted katana is built for both display and functional cutting. The reverse-edge design mirrors the iconic non-lethal philosophy—sharp edge on the inward curve, flat spine on the outward curve—making it a true collector's piece with real martial spirit behind it.
Blade
Forged from T10 carbon steel and clay-tempered, the blade features a genuine, naturally formed hamon line. Each blade is water-quenched during the tempering process, resulting in a hard edge and a resilient spine. Total length: 40.1 inches (102cm), with a nagasa of 28.3 inches (72cm). Blade width tapers from 1.26 inches near the habaki to 0.91 inches near the kissaki, giving the sword a balanced and authentic silhouette.Mountings
The tsuka is wrapped in genuine ray skin with traditional winding rope over a hardwood core, delivering a secure, non-slip grip at 10.6 inches (27cm) in length. The tsuba is crafted from quality iron, paired with a copper habaki. The saya is made from hardwood and finished with a rich lacquer coat for a clean, polished look. Total weight: approximately 1.5kg.What's Included
